Coordinate and present training programs for various levels of the credit union. Deliver content using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Design and develop training content using instructional design best practices, ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, and freedom from errors. Collaborate with other members of the training team in developing classroom materials and other job aids to deliver engaging, actionable training. Coordinate on-the-job training activities, providing feedback to the participant's manager and mentor. Measure the effectiveness of training using evaluations, assessments, and on-the-job performance. Identify training needs of skills-based programs through observation and feedback from supervisors. Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union. * Travel and ability to work varied hours is expected. Specific Skills: Facilitation skills and knowledge of a variety of teaching methods that apply the principles of adult learning. Strong organizational skills. Effective communication – verbal, written, and active listening skills. Knowledge of the Financial Industry and Training Industry. Ability to create a welcoming and conducive learning environment for all learners. Ability to use a variety of technology resources to create and deliver training materials. Ability to perform duties with minimal direction. Accountability: Efficient and effective delivery channels for supporting employees. Effectively maintaining resources and collaborating with other employees. Effective design and delivery of training. Accountable for the overall process analysis and documentation operations. Must ensure requests for support are resolved in a timely fashion, documented, and evaluated. Be a liaison between CU operations team and members facing employees. Accountable for Performance Management Goals as agreed upon with Supervisor. Accountable for understanding and applying government laws and regulations and Everwise Credit Union policies and procedures relating to the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work skills or experience. Broad knowledge of operations and its impact on both front and back-office applications with at least 3 years’ experience in a Financial Institution, Training, or Operations function. 4-5 years’ facilitation experience such as classroom training, conducting staff meetings, presentations, or leading small groups. Highly proficient using Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in using authoring software preferred.
