> The Madison Beach Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, winner of Hilton Hotels prestigious Connie Award and a AAA 4 Diamond property, is looking for Banquet Servers **The ideal candidate for this position**

Will have 3+ years of banquet/catering experience, a desire to provide exceptional service and willingness to work at one of the shorelines top venue.

* Weekends and holidays necessary

* High school diploma/GED preferred

* Minimum 18 years of age

* Knowledge of catering practices preferred

* Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment

* Reliable transportation required

* TIPS Certification Required, or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks of hire

What you will be doing

Bring food from the kitchen to the banquet facility on demand

Assist with food and table prep before the event begins

Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance

Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs

Communicate with banquet supervisor as well as other servers and event organizers

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Open wine and take drink orders

Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout duties
