Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both high-volume and specialized roles.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Tailor recruiting strategies to meet the varying demands of different positions.

Implement and follow structured recruiting processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Maintain a high level of discretion when handling sensitive candidate information.
