You'll Get To::
  • Draft, redline and revise BlackLine or third party agreements related to the licensing of BlackLines hosted services (license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, channel partner agreements).
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to support the contract negotiation and close process.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on commercial legal matters.

Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in contract negotiation, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

Significant commercial experience in a customer facing capacity.

Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to manage contracts efficiently.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for tracking client interactions and opportunities

A least five years of experience negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements in the software industry.

Salary Range::
USD $104,000.00 - USD $140,000.00
