Product Consultant
to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
The position requires exceptional creative and analytical skills to drive forward an exciting new product that provides real value to our customers and helps grow the business. You’re a self-starter, solutions-oriented, and excited to dive into something new.
What You Will Do:
You will use data to understand current behavior and evaluate potential opportunities in order to optimize the product.
You will work with the product manager and the product team to set goals, measure right things, and analyze the impact of everything we do.
You will work with the product, development and design to ensure analysis has a meaningful impact on product and strategy.
You will provide objective evaluations post implementation.
You love to measure data so we can learn what kind of impact we had with each release -serving as a liaison between the internal and external customer community and the software development team to gather and communicate requirements which help define and verify product design
You will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and communicating customer enhancement-focused collaboration sessions.
You will be responsible for translating business and user requirements through conversations with customers into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail that can be utilized for UI/Ux and development.
You will generate feature and bug cases in Jira.
You are responsible for follow up conversations with customers, as needed.
You are a resource for development and quality assurance; clarifies requirements throughout the software development life cycle.
You will maintain and update requirements documentation as needed throughout the software development life cycle.
You will have the opportunity to participate in special interest group discussions to hear how users are utilizing the software and documenting possible conceptual requirements, enhancements, ad hoc cases and interface needs.
You will support the broader team by communicating and training new functionality internally prior to releases.
What You Need to Succeed:
You have a bachelor’s degree in related field or an equal amount of related professional experience (4+ years of experience in business systems and processes).
You are a critical thinker, and have strong requirement gathering skills, and proven problem-solving skills.
You are a team player with strong collaboration, written & verbal communication skills.
You have strong organizational skills; attentive to detail and excellent follow-through.
