Style Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Style Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for our guests, while also driving sales and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for guests
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively merchandise and sell products
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and product displays
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Participate in visual merchandising and product displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and support business objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
