The Institutional Investor Group (IIG) Strategy and Transformation team proactively supports IIGs strategic goal setting and technology execution to execute and catalyze the IIG business strategy. We are looking for a tenacious, adaptable, project manager to join our team and support our cross-functional and cross-divisional efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, agile, self-starter who thrives in highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environments and seeks to impact large transformational change. No two days are exactly the same and success will rely on demonstrated thought leadership and out-of-the-box problem solving.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for execution and management of strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
Assist and communicate with leaders and crew in decision-making, project / program management, and initiative implementation
Review, design, and execute improvements to drive more efficient operating rhythms to optimize efficiency and productivity
Serve as the digital content administrator for key program / functional knowledge centers
Support cross-functional initiatives and complete other duties as assigned
Build, maintain, and proactively foster effective relationships with a diverse ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders
Develops project plans to address tactical objectives. Develops task plans and schedules, cascades effectively, and coordinates / manages the outcomes of others as needed. Identifies and documents project risks
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

What it takes:

Minimum of two years related work experience. One year of managing a project and one year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Advanced working experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills - executive level communication preferred
Innate abiltiy to manage and navigate through ambiguity
