What are the top 3-5 responsibilities expected of this worker?

-The department specialist reviews promotional pricing, sets clearance pricing for discontinued items, and even proofs the weekly circular.
-You utilize reporting and data analysis to help guide the strategy around our promotional marketing.
-You are a partner to the Assistant Sales Manager, the local store personnel, and other marketing partners.

What are your top 3-5 skills in an ideal candidate?

" Experience with computer software to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
" Highly detail oriented and organized to meet deadlines
" Interpersonal skills to maintain effective business relationships both inside and outside the organization
" The responsibility to work independently and be self-motivated to complete daily tasks
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively deliver important messages across a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
" Strength in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Years of experience required 1-3 years working as an administrative assistant or project coordinator. ** EM is looking for candidates that have exeprience with retail merchandising with pricing.

Education/Certifications HS Diplomas or GED Equivalent.

What is the work schedule for this position? Mon Friday 8 to 5 pm EST

Is this role open to 100% Remote WFH candidates? No

Is this a Hybrid Onsite/Remote position? Role is onsite 5 days a week
