Director FP&A Transformation

A Brief Overview
The Director FP&A Transformation provides financial leadership and support for all business cases associated with transformation. This role is responsible for collaborating with Leadership to align on costs and benefits for the business case approval as well as tracking these costs and benefits through implementation. The Director FP&A Transformation creates budgets and forecasts for transformation and ensures performance against budget, analyzes and provides explanation of results and can be the liaison between finance and the leaders of the business.

What you will do:
  • Develop PFP's/Business Cases for investments. Collaborate with leadership to align estimated costs and benefits for the business case to gain. Drive alignment between transformation stakeholders within Belron and Safelite business. Influence and challenge decision making.
  • Support all financial needs and requests related to transformation. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve ROI's on investments. Determine risk associated and provide solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Create cost analysis and benefit quantification post implementation.
  • Create and lead budget and forecasting for Transformation. Ensures performance against budget, analyzes and provides explanation of results and can be the liaison between finance and the leaders of the business. Maintain forecast through leader collaboration.
