About the Role

Astanza Laser is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning marketing team. As a key player in our digital marketing initiatives, you will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing our online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO, SEM, and social media marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and increase search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute SEO strategies and increase search visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for clients and the Astanza website.
  • Implement, track, and report on website improvements and changes alongside other members of the marketing team.
  • Work with the Client Marketing Manager to assist in AdWords implementation and improvements.
  • Own the implementation and management of PPC campaigns across all major digital marketing channels.
  • Assist in scheduling posts, replying to comments, and making recommendations for improvements on social media platforms.
  • Assist leadership in maintaining existing MarTech stack and make recommendations for process and technology improvements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO, PPC, SEM, Paid Social Media marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM/PPC, Content Marketing, Omni-Channel Paid Social Media Advertising, WordPress, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and Salesforce.
  • Google Ad Words Certified and Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate or other relevant certifications.

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000/annually based on experience.
