Who We Are:

Dynalab Test Systems designs and manufactures electronic test equipment for the wiring harness industry worldwide. This is a niche market, and we are a corresponding small well established development team. Our sister company, located in the same facility, is comprised of a couple hundred team members that assemble electromechanical assemblies. This allows us to have the flexibility of a compact team, and the benefits of a larger organization.

What You’ll Do:

Use your technical creativity to develop product documentation that will allow our customers to have a better understanding our products.

Work closely with our global field engineers to take customer feedback to identify new product requirements and present to development team.

Use your troubleshooting expertise to solve inbound customer technical support questions. Then interface with our engineering team for solve more complex issues.

Use your analytical skills to perform regression software/hardware testing for new features and products.

Provide help to production with electro-mechanical prototype/new product assembly.

Work with production to create and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures.

Qualifications You’ll Bring:

Preferred degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field.

High customer service effectiveness.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sense of responsibility and accuracy.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
