Millburn, United States bluecrux Full time
Our Company

We're Bluecrux. Pleased to meet you

Founded in 2011, Bluecrux is a value chain consulting and technology company. Our experts and software solutions help to transform today's supply chains into smart, efficient, and fully integrated value chains. We believe that only true collaboration leads to innovation, by converging at the intersection of our knowledge and our customers' ambition, linking expertise with technology and problems with solutions.

We're a community, a movement built at this intersection, which we call "the Cutting X": it's where supply chains evolve and value chains are forged. Our client portfolio includes some of the world's largest companies, including Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Roche, Bridgestone, AkzoNobel, Beiersdorf, Oatly, and many more. Our desire to work closely with them is also reflected in our global presence, with offices both in Europe and the US.
Your Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior US Marketing Lead to develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for the US market and our Binocs business unit. This role is crucial in defining and driving our marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As Bluecrux expands globally, we are enhancing our marketing team to support our US growth. As our first US-based marketer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading Bluecrux's marketing efforts in the US market. You will support our Business Development and Customer Success teams, craft compelling positioning and messaging, develop sales enablement materials, and create and implement go-to-market strategies. Your strategic insights and discoveries will be essential in shaping our product direction and overall market approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our brand presence, driving market penetration, and ensuring our marketing initiatives translate into measurable business growth. You will identify and capitalize on market opportunities, optimize our marketing channels, and continuously refine our strategies to achieve maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the US market and Binocs business unit, building on the foundation established by the EU marketing team.
  • Design and launch innovative marketing campaigns, identify key events, strategize PR efforts, and contribute to go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget for the specific business units.
  • Provide strategic insights into the US market, effectively adapting and localizing strategies from the EU team to fit the US context.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze marketing KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Report progress in management meetings and collaborate with the EU marketing team to align and execute the marketing plan.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and support of marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and leverage best practices, contributing to Bluecrux's overall growth and success.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on mentality by actively creating video content, supporting sales teams at events, and handling various tasks to achieve marketing goals.
  • Provide on-the-ground support at US events and initiatives, directly contributing to sales and marketing efforts.
Success Metrics:
  • Strength of relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Execution of the marketing plan and achievement of deliverables.
  • Contribution to commercial growth, revenue generation, and pipeline development.
  • Proactiveness and ability to go beyond obvious marketing activities.
Interview Process
  1. Initial Introduction Meeting: A brief meeting with our HR team to get to know you and discuss the role.
  2. In-depth Conversation: A detailed discussion with our Head of Growth to explore your experience and fit for the role.
  3. Case Presentation: A presentation to the Head of Growth, HR, and the Managing Director of the US, showcasing your problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

Your skills
  • Passionate about marketing with high energy and drive.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the US while coordinating with the EU team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing KPIs and data.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience in content creation and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Leadfeeder, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software industry, is a plus.
Our Offer
  • Dynamic Team Environment: Join a team that passionately lives Bluecrux's values every day. Experience a supportive, motivated work culture.
