What you’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and drive our Co-Pay Spark team, a ground-breaking solution designed to empower healthcare professionals to enhance awareness and access to patient affordability programs. As GM, you will drive the strategic vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop key partnerships, all while making a tangible difference in healthcare accessibility.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.


Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Co-Pay Spark team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of co-pay assistance programs

Strategic Development

  • Define and drive the strategic vision for the Co-Pay Spark platform, aligning with overall company objectives
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer success to enhance platform capabilities and performance

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals, and digital platform partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and impact of Co-Pay Spark
  • Develop and manage partnerships to integrate Co-Pay Spark with EHRs, e-prescribing systems, and other relevant digital platforms

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage the budget for the Co-Pay Spark team, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards


Who You Are

  • 20+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on digital advertising and/or co-pay assistance programs
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and digital health platforms
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analytics and performance measurement tools
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
