If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Government Senior Proposal Writer **What does a success Government Senior** **Proposal Writer** **do?** As a Government Senior Proposal Writer, your clients will consist of financial institutions including large banks, community financial institutions, credit unions and so on. You will collaborate with the deal team, including sales, proposal personnel, SMEs and executive leadership to complete different types of RFXs. **What you will do:** + Provide overall management and direction of the proposal process, ensuring all defined timeframes are met + Provide strategy and management for overall RFx response content and messaging based on the client’s objectives + Ensure proposal responses are compliant and in accordance with the RFx specifications and Fiserv standards and ensure quality control throughout the proposal process under tight deadlines + Work with sales and SMEs to address the RFx requirements + Produce compelling drafts adhering to the client’s pain points and requirements ​ **What will you need to have:** + 5+ years experience in a financial services fast-paced proposal environment responding to financial institutions RFX's + 3+ years experience working in Government Proposals + 5+ years strong proposal writing experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment is critical; writing original content and editing are essential functions of the job + 3-5 years experience in client’s business requirements and developing the corresponding proposal design + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism or a related field **What would be great to have:** + Experience working in a financial institution is a plus + Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification a plus ​​\#LI-CW1 This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington. _Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate._ Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
