About this Role:

The Senior Product Manager for Crexi's Intelligence Product plays a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of Crexi's data and reporting solutions, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our customers. This role spearheads the delivery of cutting-edge products that will transform the way Crexi users manage and analyze their data.

What You'll Do:
  • Leads the development and enhancement of Crexi's Intelligence Product
  • Participates in strategic planning and goal setting
  • Writes complete, detailed product specifications and release documentation including wireframes and flowcharts
  • Creates and owns the product delivery process from idea through launch
  • Scopes and prioritizes features and tasks based on business and customer impact
  • Closely collaborates with the engineering team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Engages with customers through a variety of channels to solicit feedback on company products and services and internally serves as the voice of the customer
  • Gains a deep understanding of customer experience, identifies and fills product gaps, and generates new ideas to drive growth
  • Researches, analyzes and outlines new features and business lines
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Pluses:
  • 7-10 years of Product Management experience at a fast-growing technology company
  • Prior experience working with data platform capabilities: such as the product experience working through full data cycle: ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, analytics, visualization/reporting, and retention/destruction
  • Prior experience collaborating with cross functional teams spanning Design, Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into creative and engaging output
  • Proficiency in working with conceptual data model, data profiling, visualization, SQL etc.
  • Good understanding of Data Architecture
  • Solid understanding of agile /scrum methodologies. Prior experience in agile environment preferred
  • Good understanding of Web technologies and UI/UX
  • Must be metrics and results-driven. Experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools is a plus
  • Industry experience in Real Estate or Finance is a huge plus

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $148,000 to $160,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc ("Crexi") is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
