Responsibilities Lead and oversee complex digital projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating all aspects of execution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows, clear communication, and successful project outcomes. Guide teams through Agile and hybrid methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Define and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and capacity plans. Serve as a key liaison between technical and business stakeholders. Partner with analytics and technical teams to inform decisions with data. Ensure the integration and quality of data across platforms. Oversee the release process across multiple platforms. Facilitate strategic workshops and discovery sessions. Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking in project management tools. Manage third-party vendors and partners. Report regularly on project health, status, risks, and performance metrics. Foster a collaborative, one-team culture. Requirements 7+ years of experience leading complex, end-to-end digital programs. Previous experience as a Project Manager supporting digital initiatives. Strong foundation in digital project management. Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experienced in facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Known for a strong, energetic leadership presence. Highly emotionally intelligent and adaptable. Skilled in facilitation and stakeholder management. Technically fluent. Experience managing headless or composable platform implementations. Adept at vendor and partner management. Proficient in project and collaboration tools. Skilled in tracking and reporting KPIs and performance metrics. Strong relationship builder. A servant leader with curiosity, resilience, and a can-do attitude. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
