The candidate will be able to successfully create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual would also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and oversee completion of projects. Develop a plan of action, including schedules, resources and work plans. Assess risks and establish contingency plans. Manage work and input from a variety of stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in urban planning, real estate or housing development, business or finance. 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields.
