We are searching for a Heavy Civil/Water Senior Project Manager in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Senior Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. This position may oversee a single large project or multiple projects, and the Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. Sr. Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience. 10+ years prior relevant experience in Heavy Civil construction. 7+ years in a Project Management position. Water/Wastewater experience is highly desirable but not essential. Broad management knowledge to lead project teams on multiple projects or one large project, or lead a department. Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline, with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
