Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & International Logistics.
  • Proven track record of success in a managerial role within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends in the freight forwarding sector.
  • Proficiency in branch operations management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
