Your focus will be building trust and rapport with clients, communicating professionally while ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves local travel within your area and offers opportunities to contribute to team projects and broader company initiatives. Who You Are Previous sales experience required (commercial sales a plus) Strong communication and relationship?building skills Willingness to learn and explain technical service details High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable attendance and strong time management Industry license as required by state regulations (preferred) Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day Comfortable with prolonged phone and face?to?face customer interaction Flexibility to work extended hours as needed Who We Are Turner Pest Control has protected homes and businesses across Florida for over 50 years with expert, eco?friendly pest management solutions.
