As a member of our Global Ops team, you will work closely with Support, DevOps, architects, and development teams to create a scalable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure that will scale both for performance and maintainability. **Responsibilities:** · Monitor, optimize, and remediate cloud infrastructure pipelines, assets, and workflows · Design, improve and maintain comprehensive monitoring and debugging solutions across multiple services and applications · Maintain end-to-end response and remediation plans for production and non-production incidents · Review and implement incident response runbooks for various services and applications · Perform ongoing analysis and improvement of all infrastructure as far as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability · Define and establish key metrics observability, availability and reliability to meet SLOs **Qualifications:** · 5 + years of experience in Site Reliability/DevOps/Development or equivalent competency in a SaaS or technology development role · Experience in the IoT space is preferred · 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS-hosted environments · Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant field higher desirable · Knowledge of a variety of different technical stacks and a strong knowledge of debugging and monitoring using different tools such as Cloudwatch, PagerDuty, Grafana, etc **·** Experience delivering enterprise-scale end-to-end monitoring and incident response solutions in a multi-service, multi-team setting **·** Familiarity with installing and configuring Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Springboot desired **·** Familiarity with database postgres, mySQL, **·** Familiarity with centralized logging tools. **·** Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems on internal hosted desired The base compensation range for this position is $84K to $107K per year.
