Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100k - $115k

Position Overview:

The Property Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all management functions of an assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Coordinate services to ensure tenant satisfaction
  • Lead staff meetings.
  • Participate in resident meetings and maintain high standards for resident relations.
  • Coordinate unit turnover procedures.
  • Supervise marketing programs and waiting list procedures.
  • Oversee that rent collection, delinquency, and eviction processes are handled.
  • Monitor property budgets and review variances on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure all client cash flows of management vehicles meet funding requirements.
  • Develop new processes and make recommendations on efficiencies or improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technologies.
  • Prepare proposals for enhancements and champion changes.
Qualifications for the Property Manager:
  • 5 - 10+ years of residential property management experience is required.
  • Market rate experience is required.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
