Overview

The SEO and PPC Digital Content Specialist is responsible for developing and executing SEO and PPC strategies, managing daily operations, and coordinating with the digital team and external partners. This role requires expertise in a broad range of digital marketing activities, including SEO (website, technical, and content), PPC, and paid social media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills
    • Develop, plan, and implement SEO, PPC, social media, and display advertising campaign setup across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
    • Conduct comprehensive SEO site audits and generate detailed reports to ensure adherence to best practices.
    • Monitor SEO performance using tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
    • Manage digital advertising budgets, including bid management, and spend analysis.
    • Analyze paid search campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations for ad copy, keywords, ad groups, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Detail Orientation
    • Regularly report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exhibit a problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Participate in relevant training and certification programs.

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business, or Analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, PPC, and/or social media marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO purposes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SEMRush or other SEO and PPC management platforms.
