Your role will be to evaluate and treat patients working alongside a physical therapy assistant. Join our team and make a positive impact as a dedicated Physical Therapist, empowering patients to achieve their personal best in motion and overall well-being. As a member of the Rehab department, you will work with Physical Therapist Assistant, Therapy Tech, Respiratory Therapist and report to our Rehab Director. What You Will Do: Examine patients to assess general physical condition. Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions. Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Analyze patient data to determine patient needs or treatment goals. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant What You Will Bring: Bachelor's Degree or greater Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist (New grads welcome) Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Professional behaviour Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy in Texas Why You'll Love Us: We support work/life balance and have a flexible work environment. Position is either a full time salaried position ($70K/yr) working approximately 4 days/wk with no to minimal Fridays. Part-time position will work 2-3 days/wk with hourly pay of $50-$55.
