Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle high call volumes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, orders, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems or escalating them to the appropriate department.
  • Document and update customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the company's database.
  • Meet personal and team performance targets for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the company's latest products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures during interactions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and use of CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
