Job Summary and QualificationsThe Director Clinical Operations accepts responsibility for all department functions in support of the mission, vision, values of the facility. The Director is responsible for operations and the integration of the service within overall hospital functions, and serve as an innovator and change agent. The Director also provides leadership to improve performance through assessment, planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care and services within scope of responsibility, including direct oversight of the manager of patient care operations and throughput initiatives, as well as support of Sitters and Float Pool. A strategic partnership with associated service line advanced practitioners and medical staff is expected, and assures a high level of customer satisfaction and manages productivity to achieve budgetary targets.
What qualifications you will need:- 3+ years of applicable experience in an acute care setting required
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience required
- ACLS required
- BSN required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
