High Tech Genesis is seeking a highly skilled RF VoNR Engineer with expertise in 5G SA (VoNR) technology and signaling flow.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of L3 protocols and extensive experience in troubleshooting and analyzing VoNR call flows.

In this role, you will:

Responsible for network planning, design,

deployment, and performance improvement activities for the 5G standalone

cloud-native Open-RAN network.

Implement data analytics and advanced

visualization tools for OEM health assessments, KPI analysis, OSS

counters, crowdsource data, project management planning, market analysis,

competitive evaluation, tracking, and reporting.

Champion efforts to provide SME support to

resolve network issues, RAN features/parameter trials, FOA support, and

network troubleshooting.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, providing

detailed recommendations for network and service solutions, and steering

projects from concept to deployment.

Partner effectively with multiple teams to

uncover growth opportunities.

Manage vendor relations while leading KPI

optimization.

Work on 5G NR and Legacy network design,

performance, and optimization, including project creation, tilt/azimuth

optimization, and proposing new site locations.

Create RFDS, CIQ, and scripting.

Provide recommendations to improve network design

(cell plan).

Lead the RF Engineers and Drive Testing team to

accomplish the FCC requirements of coverage and capacity testing and

validation of the 5G network in various regions of the USA.

Route creation and modification on Google Earth

for FCC coverage validation projects. Creating KML for GIS Automation Tool

and Accuver X-Auto.

Review the test plan, testing routes, and

validation of testing results.

2-3 years of deep understanding on VoNR (5G SA)

technology, including signaling flow and Layer 3 (L3)

concepts.

Proficiency with the

Rad COM ACE tool

for issue

tracing.

Expertise in analyzing traces and call flows using logs

and the Rad COM ACE tool.

Knowledge of Samsung and Mavenir IMS Core protocols.

In-depth expertise in protocol analysis and debugging.

Experience in

RTT gap analysis

across multiple

streams, including different stream types, one-way, and inter-step RTT.

Ability to investigate VoNR call drops under good RF

conditions, specifically drops or RTP gaps at signal strengths greater

than -95 dBm.

Experience addressing major VoNR issues such as protocol

discrepancies and bugs between core networks and OEMs.

Hands-on experience in KPI analysis of the Nokia Core network.

5G Core understanding and analysis experience.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or

a related field.
