Responsibilities

As our Front Desk Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
•Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
•Answering phone calls from customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
•Handling reservations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking systems.
•Managing high-peak check-ins and maintaining a calm and organized front desk environment.
•Processing payments from customers in accordance with hotel regulations.
•Guaranteeing the accuracy of guest data, including profiles, bookings, invoices, etc.
•Monitoring and addressing guest feedback promptly and keeping management informed.
•Ensuring a seamless check-in process and creating an inviting environment that attracts guests.
•Handling cash transactions, operating office equipment, and verifying guest payments.

Qualifications

•Have at least one year of experience in hospitality with a focus on the Front Desk.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs.
•Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Possess the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
•Be authorized to work in the US.
•Experience using hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds, etc.).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
•Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
•Basic knowledge of local attractions and amenities to provide guests with relevant information and recommendations.
