- Ensure all customer service and sales functions are executed precisely and efficiently
- Document sensitive customer information such as; address and billing information accurately
- Upsell products and services as needed
- Inform customers of any new deals or sales promotion
- Provide expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems
- Network with elite sales professionals on ways to improve consumer retainment and increase sales margins
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- Naturally outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly with a passion for providing an outstanding customer service & sales experience
- Ability to solve problems with ease
- Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to work well in a team and independently
- Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED is a MUST
