Chemours is seeking an Export Coordinator/Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team This position will be part of the sales function and report directly to the NA Fluoroproducts Customer Service Manager in our Wilmington, DE location. This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS) and Advanced Performance Materials (APM) customer support functions. The Export Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the US sourced orders, including coordinating communications with regional CSRs/sales team, monitoring orders thru delivery to US ports, interacting with key supply chain resources in support of regional CSRs, and driving process improvements in the export process. This hybrid role is a key liaison with the customer and requires interactions with owners, sales, product managers and/or purchasing personnel (outside Chemours) and sales, supply chain, demand management, warehousing and logistics within the company. Supporting Chemours SAP platform requires strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to help improve Chemours business tool capabilities.As we create a colorful, capable and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and improve lives for billions of people around the world.**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Monitor orders, shipments, and delivers outbound from their US sourcing locations.* Monitors outbound shipments and troubleshoot day to day logistics issues on US leg of the shipment (working with logistics, warehouse, and freight forwarders)* Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including:+ Process customer orders and return orders+ Developing and managing customer relationships+ Monitor orders through delivery+ Work with Supply Chain and sites on orders+ Initiate Customer complaint investigations as needed+ Provide information to sales team based on customer input* Participate and drive simplification initiatives that streamline work processes and improve customer experience* Work on initiatives to improve Chemours business process/tools platform**In order to be qualified for this role, you *must possess* the following:*** Minimum of High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
