Role: Senior SCCM Administrator

Location: On-Shore (Stamford)

Technical Skills: (Primary)

?5+ Years of Experience in Application Packaging and SCCM

?SCCM Implementation and setup knowledge and complete server understanding

?Must have prior experience with using AdminStudio / InstallShield, Wise Packaging, AppDeploymentToolKit & WiseScript, App-V for packaging

?Must be good in Quality check of the packaged applications, troubleshoot packaging problems

?Good Understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM). Understanding of all features and components worked on SCCM

?Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy.

?Troubleshooting the configuration issues using SCCM related Server and Client logs.

?Troubleshoot and resolve installation and deployment issues affecting the workstation environment and work with technicians to help resolve software installation problems

?Must have packaged applications for Windows 10 operating systems (OS) platforms

?MBAM Bit locker Encryption using SCCM

?Patch Release activity with ADR configuration

?Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running application and packages, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center.

?Schedule and deploy application upgrades in an enterprise environment

?Must be fluent in scripting with PowerShell, with VB Script, and Batch Script as well.

?Must have experience using the open-source PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit.

?Must have a very good understanding of the Windows System Registry and file system, i.e., .dll and .ocx file registration.

?Must understand a standard packaging process and workflow, MSI packaging best practices and standards.

?MSIX, Intunewin & Mac software packaging skills a plus. (Advantage)

?Understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM).

?Understanding of MUfB, Microsoft Desktop Analytics and MS Intune a plus.

?Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level; must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as a part of a team of engineers. .

?Provide valuable solutions for colleagues and stakeholders, both tactically and strategically and ensure compliance to process, procedure and tools within the operations.

?Windows 10 Deployment Scenarios with Intune.

?Windows 10 Subscription Intune Activation Strategy.

?Knowledge creating SCCM canned reports (SSRS) and SQL queries, Deploying Mobile Device Management

?Managing the Microsoft Store for Business.

?Intune and enable device management configuration.

?Configure Azure AD for Intune.

?Create Intune policies.

?Enroll Windows 10 device Intune management. .

?The ability to create, test, and publish SCCM packages and applications a plus.

?Win10 Task sequence creation and Image deployment using MDT (End to End Knowledge)

Technical Skills (Secondary - Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):

?Windows Server Administration (Advanced)

?Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the System Engineer level; exceptional customer service, overall communication, and technical writing skills.

?Team player/Lead role and able to think outside the box for solutions.

?Solid understanding of standard client/server mechanism and networking fundamentals.

?Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.

?Create technical end-user documentation on problem resolution

?Provide status reports to the requesters and stakeholders
