In your day-to-day, you will
  • Update product descriptions and manage weekly gear drop collections.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and the executive, handling requests and shielding the executive from interruptions.
  • Scan the executive's inbox, draft responses for approval, and manage the executive's calendar.
  • Work with vendors to operationalize supply chain operations and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Send daily and weekly analytics reports on company KPIs and metrics, and set KPIs for team members while keeping them accountable.

  • Tech-savvy with strong experience in no-code tools to automate workflows.
