What you will be doing:

Supervise, lead, and coach Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance.
Manage configuration management activities to guide execution of the NC3 Configuration Management Plan.
Ensure technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.
Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
Ensure quality products, including the NC3 Configuration Management Baseline and other Configuration Management products are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies.
Collaborate with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues.
Coordinate and facilitate team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives.

What you will need:

Security Clearance Required: Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility
One of the following education/experience combinations:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field with 10+ years' relevant Program/Project Management experience and at least 2+ years' experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects, OR
16+ years' relevant experience (in lieu of degree) Program/Project Management experience and at least 2+ years' experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects

Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
NC3 experience (desired)

Benefits:

Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HSA and HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
The base pay for this position ranges from

$114,000 to $188,000

across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
