JOB TITLE:Information Management Analyst JOB LOCATION:1500 Louisiana Street, Houston, TX 77002 (Harris) JOB DUTIES: Responsible for designing and developing data integration solutions using MS BI tools and providing support to business users on IM tools such as Documentum (EDMS), D2, FIP, iPIMS, eB and SharePoint. His specific job duties will include: (1) troubleshooting data loading issues, and system logging issues for engineers; (2) analyzing system error log to locate error and debug it by checking input data types; (3) documenting, developing and finalizing business and functional information management/content management requirements; (4) applying the appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed in support of Documentum, or in support of the study of proposed changes to the business processes; (5) reviewing and assessing different document and data management systems/portals in alignment of operation’s needs, business policy and regulatory requirements; (7) developing pre-load and post-load quality review process for any document / data transition during any MCP IM handover from project to operations; (8) providing training to business users, document controllers on different information management tools Documentum (EDMS), D2, FIP and SharePoint; (9) serving as Documentum administrator, managing users access rights and different integrations to Documentum based on object types and document life cycle state; and, (10) generating Documentum reports using the DQL (Documentum Query Language) based tool named e-Content bridge. Minimum Requirements: B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a closely related field; two years of information management engineering experience.
