  • The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in stabilizing the accounting function to help the company go from an entrepreneurial stage financial environment to a sophisticated financial organization.

The Accounting Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will direct the international accounting team in managing the month-end consolidated financial close process, review journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and financial statements
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements across different regions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in each jurisdiction where the company operates.
  • Develop and implement standardized accounting processes and procedures across different regions.
  • Drive efficiency improvements in financial operations, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
  • Respond to auditor requests and assist Finance leadership with financial data inquiries from various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with CPA (preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and international accounting.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of working across departments and levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and knowledgeable in financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
