Description: Request for Temporary Personnel Date of Request: 5/07/2024 Position: Registration Specialist Campus: Physical Therapy at Pooler

Length of Assignment: Approximately 4 - 6 weeks Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (occasional 7:00 am - 4 pm shifts with plenty of notice) Hourly Rate: 17.00 Dress code: Hunter green scrubs (any shirts to accompany scrubs must be a solid color, can wear hunter green scrub jacket) Requirements: Will help answer the phones, schedule patients, place referrals on spreadsheet, place patients on insurance tracker spreadsheet, pull and sort faxes, write up access/referral forms, pre-register and register patients, collect co-pays, put together new patient charts for therapist, file charts at end of day, pull charts for new month, open or close clinic for the day which would include turning on/off all lights, unlocking/opening all doors, taking phones off/on voicemail and checking voicemail and keeping the lobby clean/clear of clutter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
