  • Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
  • Technical proficiency in construction standards and specifications.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • A passion for collaboration, leadership, and continuous learning.
