Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time, temporary Intake Coordinator to help manage company-wide sales leads from all lead generation avenues. The Intake Coordinator focuses on sales activities that guide prospective clients through all phases of the customer creation process for our Private Pay Home Care service line. The Intake Coordinator assigns new leads to appropriate Sales, Case Management and Care Center teams while regularly maintaining pending leads, ensuring timely conversion of appropriate leads, and tracking key lead related data. This temporary position (estimated 2 months) requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead intake process and distribution of follow-up responsibilities to Sales, Case Management and appropriate Care Centers
  • Professionally explain the advantages of Private Pay Home Care services and overcome common objections
  • Qualify opportunities and facilitate next steps with internal and external team members with a sense of urgency
  • Thoroughly enter and update all relevant client details into the HubSpot CRM system
  • Compile and track performance metrics on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis
  • Attend Sales, Case Management and Marketing meetings and as requested by Supervisor
  • Work with Sales and Marketing management on initiatives focused on client creation and relationship building with referral partners
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge on our company wide offerings to provide solutions to our prospective clients and customers
  • Always maintain professional integrity and display leadership qualities.

Qualifications and Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ideal candidate will be located a commutable distance from our Woburn, MA office. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 2+ years of sales/intake experience with proven conversion success
  • Home Care, Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within a CRM system (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • A proactive, customer service orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative without direct supervision, set priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A sense of urgency to convert leads and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
