We do offer a competitive wage.Who we are looking for:We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist/LCSW to join our passionate team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality clinical services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.Position Overview: As a Clinical Specialist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior level clinicians, maintaining individual records, and providing essential support in various settings. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.Key Responsibilities:Completing initial intakes with individuals and updating company databasesGathering and storing private client informationMeeting with families and assisting with researching various supportsPerform administrative tasks such as updating appointments and managing client informationProvide role modeling of proper direct services and offer feedbackWorking with senior clinicians on treatment plans and protocols as well as creating visual aidsWork directly with clients to provide one-on-one support.Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals.Assist in teaching new skills and behaviors to clients.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.Requirements:Masters Degree RequiredWe encourage employees with a LCSW, LMHC, Special Education, RBT, BCaBA, BCBA backgrounds to applyPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred.Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.Previous experience in a clinical or home setting is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Commitment to Individual confidentiality and ethical conduct.Car and driving licenseThis is a hybrid position that will include in-person and remote work.
