Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Bilingual Automotive Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across all social media platforms and managing our website to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, be fluent in Spanish, and have a proven track record in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals in both languages. Oversee the creation of digital assets such as videos, graphics, and blog posts. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events.

Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's website to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. Collaborate with web developers to implement design changes, new features, and functionality improvements. Optimize website for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of every social media and website campaign. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns in real-time by collecting data and producing detailed reports. Adjust strategies based on performance analytics to optimize reach and engagement.

Brand Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers and industry partners to increase brand visibility. Collaborate with automotive clubs, events, and forums to promote the brand.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers on social media platforms and the website to address inquiries, gather feedback, and build a loyal community. Implement customer service strategies that enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis. Optimize advertising strategies to ensure maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, website management, and digital marketing. Proven track record of managing successful social media and website campaigns, preferably in the automotive industry.

Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, CMS platforms) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Experience with SEO, PPC, and online advertising. Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign and website performance. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
