We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive website traffic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our digital presence. We are looking for a talented Social media specialist to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience
- Conduct social listening to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on campaign performance
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSC degree in Marketing or relevant field

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing or management
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with followers and influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing social media content
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools to track performance metrics
