HRIS Reporting Specialist - Law Firm - Washington, DC - $75-90k A flexible, hybrid schedule is available with this opportunity About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIS Reporting Specialist to join our growing law firm client. This role will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing their Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of our HR processes and data. Responsibilities: Maintain and configure Ceridian Dayforce modules including payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and talent management. Develop and implement new workflows and processes within Dayforce to improve efficiency and accuracy. Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide insights to HR leadership. Create and deliver reports to stakeholders on various HR metrics. Troubleshoot Dayforce issues and resolve user inquiries. Stay up-to-date on the latest Dayforce updates and features. Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on Dayforce. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Dayforce. Other HRIS system experience will be considered. Proven experience with data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with legal industry HR practices and regulations is a plus.
