You will be a cross-functional partner that helps power analytics and insights throughout the company. You will work with key stakeholders to understand business needs and bridge the gaps to enable increased efficiencies in information flow and generating insights while ensuring data quality and integrity. Ad-hoc projects to be assigned and completed as needed. This role will work closely with the VP of Finance & Analytics in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This role will be in the uniquely positioned to influence important decisions at one of the fastest growing and leading cannabis companies. The decisions we make have long-lasting effects on the industry for years to come. You will work alongside and be supported by a team that is determined to win.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carryout data discovery and perform quantitative analysis
  • Own and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Write reports to drive action through shared insights
  • Create dashboards and visualizations
  • Maintain data quality and optimize processes
  • Understand business needs and gaps in processes or analyses
  • Create processes and tools to enable more efficient analyses
  • Define and recommend data specifications
  • Cleaning and validating data
  • Maintain data quality and updating processes
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses to support data-driven decision-making

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field. e.g. Operations Research, (Applied) Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance
  • Strong ability to perform business and sales analytics
  • Highly skilled in Excel
  • Proficient in data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical Requirements: Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity.
