This role involves qualifying potential customers, developing proposals, and closing deals. The BDM collaborates with marketing and product development teams to achieve sales goals.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential customersExplore new product and service opportunitiesDevelop and present compelling proposalsClose deals effectivelyCollaborate with marketing and sales departmentsStay informed about industry trendsImplement innovative business development strategiesAdhere to the business management system (BMS)MetricsMeeting forecasted revenueWork EnvironmentPrimarily remote work with occasional dynamic office collaboration at various locationsPhysical DemandsVaried routine: emails, calls, and occasional travel to manufacturing sitesQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field5+ years of business development experienceStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIndependent and team-oriented work styleProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefitsCompetitive salary (based on success) $70,000 Base plus commission.
