Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Level 9 Network Operations Specialist with expertise in Palo Alto Networks Firewall Operations. This role involves supporting internal, shared, and client-owned infrastructure across various sites and data centres. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure 24x7x365 support for client infrastructure, adhering to SLA/OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for environments consisting mainly of Cisco devices, Fortinet, and F5 physical and virtual equipment.
  • Manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, load balancers, and virtual appliances.
  • Ensure compliance with SLA/OLA requirements for responsiveness and resolution times.
  • Participate in 24x7x365 support to maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve network performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cisco Routing and Switching Operations: Advanced proficiency (P3).
  • Cisco WAN Management: Advanced proficiency (P3).
  • F5 Load Balancer: Advanced proficiency (P3).
  • Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW): Advanced proficiency (P3).
  • Team Management: Advanced proficiency (P3).
  • Proven experience in network operations and management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco, F5, and Palo Alto Networks devices.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
