As a Training and Development Specialist, you're at the forefront of shaping the professional growth of employees. Your role involves creating, developing, and implementing training programs that not only enhance career trajectories but also contribute to improved outcomes for the community served. This multifaceted position allows you to make a meaningful impact on professional development and service excellence. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit
  • 21+ years of age
  • A valid driver's license
  • Proof of vehicle insurance
  • Professional Licensure in good standing (or within 3-6 months of licensure) in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work fields, including but not limited to LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or appropriate state variant
