This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of Benefit related functions, including assistance to the benefits team for a variety of special projects. Also included is the performance of Wellness related initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Administration of various benefit programs, such as group insurance, medical and dental, accident and disability, and health maintenance programs
  • Organizing and taking part in meetings designed to help team members obtain information and understand company benefits and other related wellness programs.
  • Recognizing the need to remain flexible and display a strong sense of urgency
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Human Resource Management, or Employee Wellness related field of study
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or corporate wellness program management
  • Knowledge of general Human Resource and Benefit policies/procedures or the ability & willingness to learn
  • Experience in Word, Excel, HRIS and/or other applicable database programs
  • Effective communication skills, oral & written?
    Strong organizational skills
  • On site attendance required
