What to Expect
Schedule: Nights 10:45PM - 7:15 AM (rotates e/o W/E)
Training: Days
Location: Wheeling WVA, Washington Hospital, Allegheny General

- Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
- Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
- Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent (must receive MLS certification within 6 months of eligibility)
- or
- Bachelor's degree in approved Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc) and currently possess certification from an accredited agency as MT/MLS
- State licensure as required by regulations
- 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience meeting Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist educational requirements.
