What You Can Expect
Schedule: Night shifts from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM (rotating every other weekend)
Training: Day shifts

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Conducting high complexity tests in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross-matching.
  • Providing technical assistance to hospital transfusion services.
  • Reviewing and reporting test outcomes, engaging in investigative studies, and participating in quality control and maintenance activities.
  • Receiving guidance and support from dedicated managers invested in your professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent (must obtain MLS certification within 6 months of eligibility)
    • or
  • Bachelor's degree in an approved scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with current certification from an accredited agency as MT/MLS
  • State licensure as mandated by regulations
Experience:
  • 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience fulfilling Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist educational requirements.
