GPJ is hiring a Sr. Registration Project Manager to support several large high profile clients. This is a hybrid role out of our Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Boston or NYC office. What You’ll Do In my capacity as the Registration Project Manager, my responsibilities encompass planning, developing, and executing registration program operations for complex and large-scale events, covering the entire process from concept to on-site execution. Collaborating with the Account Director, I define technical specifications for online registration forms, correspondence plans, and reporting requirements. As the primary point of contact for registration matters, I am attuned to every aspect of registration. A critical component of this role is maintaining regular client-facing relationships, as this contributes to successful project outcomes. I am entrusted with various responsibilities, including managing registration timelines, overseeing data integrity and quality control, handling registration reporting, managing on-site registration processes, and training and supervising on-site staff. My role requires proactive engagement and effective management to ensure seamless execution. Who You Are Communication: You demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills in your dealing with all levels of employees, customers and stakeholders. Customer Orientation: You demonstrate concern for satisfying external and/or internal customers. Your focus is always on the customer and your response times and service are at the forefront of customer interactions. Delivery: You produce with excellence, in all your areas for the client, the project you are assigned and the GPJ team. Flexible: You know that this is a key characteristic of a Registration Specialist. The ability to roll with the punches and adjust your strategies accordingly is a prerequisite. Solution Oriented: You are described as a reliable problem solver and action taker. What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience Experience in large scale, complex registration projects. Experience leading a successful team Skills acquired in hotel reservations or front desk are a definite plus Beyond the Registration Team, you will find yourself joining forces most often with the Account Director, PM, Housing Project Manager, and the Contact Center team. Outside of GPJ, you will often collaborate with our clients, agency partners and vendors.
